Naturalin-Led Echinacea Extract Social Organization Standards Officially Released

In a significant milestone for the botanical extract industry, the Echinacea Extract social organization standard, spearheaded by Naturalin (a leading innovator in natural ingredients), has been officially issued by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines & Health Products (CCCMHPIE).

This standard was developed through a rigorous and collaborative process involving national regulatory authorities, renowned scientific research institutes, and expert reviewers from top universities. The drafting team conducted extensive industry-wide consultations to gather diverse perspectives, while third-party validations were carried out to verify the standard's practical applicability. After multiple rounds of stringent review and auditing, the Echinacea Extract standard submitted by Naturalin successfully gained final approval and has now been formally put into effect.

The newly released standard provides comprehensive specifications for echinacea extract, covering technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation, storage, and shelf-life conditions. By addressing these critical areas, the standard fills a long-standing gap in the technical framework for echinacea extract. It offers robust technical guidance and quality assurance, thereby laying a solid foundation for the high-quality, sustainable development of the echinacea extract sector.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that—in addition to Echinacea extract—Naturalin also participated in the formulation of group standards for “Grape Seed Extract”, “Cordyceps Militaris Polysaccharides”, and “White Peony Extract”, all of which have now been successfully published.
